OFFICE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

CKI has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Manager. Responsibilities will include overseeing the administrative, financial operations, and contract management of the office.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years with demonstrated experience in a multiple functioning role.
Candidate must have excellent time management skills with competing priorities and deadlines. Experience in a construction engineering/management office is preferred but not required. Candidates must have experience with payroll and benefits. Accounts Receivable/Payable, including experience with consultant invoicing is a must. Also candidate will be responsible for timesheet management of staff on multiple projects, in addition to, tracking and maintaining certifications and licenses for employees and the company.
Candidate should have experience with government proposal writing to include knowledge of SF330 and the RFP/ RFQ process. Candidate should have knowledge of government contracts, Change Orders, and a general understanding of contract management. Additional essential qualifications include good written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task and work independently, and proficiency with MS Office Excel and Word. .
