CKI is a small and a rapidly growing certified DBE, MBE and SBE firm located in Annandale, Virginia and the construction manager of choice for many recent landmark transportation infrastructure projects in the Northern Virginia and DC Metropolitan Area. CKI serves public and private owners and contractors in Construction Engineering, Management and Inspection services, specializing in Highway and Transportation Infrastructures projects such as roadways, bridges, Tunnels, Bridge Safety Inspections, Highway Sign Structures and Material Testing. CKI is a registered corporation in the Common Wealth of Virginia.

With a local staff of 29 personnel, CKI provides a full spectrum of construction engineering and construction management services on transportation projects, ranging from small bridge and roadway rehabilitation efforts to full-scale construction of transportation infrastructure and Bridge safety Inspections. Our project managers and personnel are proactive creative problem-solvers who know how to identify problems, evaluate unique options for resolution, and deliver best practices solution to its clients. The principals of the firm together command over 75 years of combined experience in engineering design, construction and project management.
